Superheated water boilers ICI CALDAIE are gas–tube boilers made according to a three-way or two-way scheme with a reversible furnace. The boilers are designed for heating systems with a capacity from 200 to 17,000 kW at operating temperatures above 110 °C. All boilers can be equipped with a safety system to operate without supervision for 72 hours.

ASX. The ASX superheated water generator is a monoblock type with automatic operation, complete with all fittings for quick commissioning. It is made of high-quality steel, tested in accordance with current legislation and welded by the automatic immersion arc method.

• Design pressure: 4.9 bar or 12 bar.
• Useful power: 233 ÷ 3488 kW.
• EFFICIENCY: 90%.

ASGX EN. A heat generator with flue pipes with three flue gas revolutions, with a washable bottom and automatic operation, is designed for pressurized combustion of liquid or gaseous fuels for heating or technological systems with temperatures above 110 °C.

• Design pressure: 12 bar.
• Useful power:
  • 3000 ÷ 7000 kW;
  • 8000 - 17000 kW.
• EFFICIENCY:
  • 90 % for ASGX EN (3000 - 7000 kW);
  • 91 % for ASGX EN (8000 - 17000 kW).
