In addition, the most advanced industrial boiler management tools are available in the form of embedded electronic devices. These devices, properly connected, collect and transmit information about the operation of the system. After data processing, management can be carried out from remote access by a global heat production and distribution system. Efficiency increases when processing information and based on the configuration parameters of the system, which sends signals of deviation from the norm, based on temperature, throughput, regulation and costs. Integration between all components makes it possible to optimize the temperature and flow of the coolant depending on the actual needs of users, significantly reduce fuel consumption and harmful CO2 emissions, monitor, diagnose and remotely control the operation of the entire system.
GSS 72 - pairs
A global safety system designed to ensure the complete safety of steam generators in accordance with the requirements of the new EU directive on management without supervision for 72 consecutive hours. The delivered system (has a CE certificate issued by a notified body for the entire system in accordance with the European Directive 97/23/EC), consists of a number of devices assembled and tested electrically and hydraulically at the manufacturer's factory.
TSS 72 - superheated water
A global safety system designed to ensure the complete safety of the operation of the superheated water generator in accordance with the requirements of the new EU directive on management without supervision for 72 consecutive hours. The system consists of a number of devices assembled and tested electrically and hydraulically at the manufacturer's factory. All the supplied equipment, in particular, the control cabinet and the electrical system, are manufactured in accordance with the current European standards.
