Feed Water Level Modulation Group

With this system, the level in the boiler is constantly regulated by the PID controller, which controls the opening of the modulating valve located in front of the constantly running feed pump. Thus, the water flow is constantly adjusted in accordance with the need for steam, which avoids the cyclical production of steam, which can be observed when monitoring the level of the on/off type. Since the modulating supply ensures a continuous flow of water supply to the generator, it is mandatory in the presence of an economizer to ensure its proper operation.

Automatic Purge group
