Return temperature control system. To control the minimum return temperature and ∆T, the maximum allowed by the boiler, a recirculation group is supplied, installed between the supply and return connections, necessary to recirculate the water flow in order to increase the return temperature before entering the boiler.

Salt content control system in boiler water. The TDS control system limits the level of salts and minerals dissolved in the boiler water to the value allowed by the manufacturer, which prevents the danger of movement due to too high a salinity level and minimizes the number of necessary purges and related costs.

Self-diagnostic low-level alarm system. This system, which is supplied instead of the standard low-level sensors, is designed to provide an absolute guarantee that the boiler level will not fall below the permissible value, which is associated with danger.

High-level self-diagnostic alarm system. This system is designed to provide an absolute guarantee that the level in the boiler will not exceed the permissible value, thus avoiding flooding.

PMX is a backup thermal oil circulation pump. It consists of the following elements:

• An electric pump connected directly to the electric motor by means of a connection, a cast iron body, a steel shaft with a self-cooling mechanical seal located on the base.
• 2 spherical valves of the running flow made of cast iron with a seal in the form of a metal bellows, installed on suction and supply.
• A steel filter mounted on the suction.
• The pressure gauge on the suction of the pump is complete with a steel shut-off valve.
• Drain faucet.

Backup supply pump for steam generators. To ensure continuous operation of the generator and prevent production shutdowns in the event of a feed pump failure, a second backup pump is supplied, installed parallel to the working pump.

The site for the inspection. The platform is suitable for boiler rooms with limited height, where it is not possible to use stairs and railings, and is installed in the upper part of the boiler. The site is designed in accordance with the EN1090 standard and is made of profiled carbon steel.

QATRXETERM - boiler control panel. A control panel for hot water and condensing boilers with an electronic microprocessor memory card with updatable software and hardware.

Cooler for sampling. The cooler reduces the temperature of the water to 25 °C, at which it is ready for immediate sampling.

Stairs and railings. The structure is made of carbon steel profiles interconnected by special seams that guarantee a paired connection.

The feed water level modulation group. With this system, the boiler level is continuously regulated by the PID controller, which controls the opening of the control valve located in front of the constantly running feed pump. In this way, the water flow is constantly adjusted according to the steam demand, which avoids the cyclical steam production that can occur with on/off level control. Since the modulating supply ensures a continuous flow of water supply to the generator, it is mandatory if an economizer is available to ensure its proper operation.

The automatic purge group. The automatic bottom purge group avoids unnecessary repetitions or missed purges that occur when using a manual system. This system ensures regular automatic removal of contaminants accumulating at the bottom of the generator by cyclically opening the purge valve.

High-level alarm system. A set designed to prevent excessive rise of the water level in the boiler. When the set level is reached, the system is triggered, stopping the feed pump and notifying it with an audible signal.

A set of equipped bases for FX and FX DUAL generators. The equipped base is designed for installation and mounting on the right side of the steam generator and accommodating the boiler control cabinet, softener and condensate collection tank/supply tank.
