DEG/P is a thermophysical deaerator. A device for thermophysical degassing of feed water from a steam generator.

VEO is a thermally oiled expansion tank. The expansion tank is designed to absorb oil volume changes caused by temperature changes. It is a horizontal pressurized tank with nitrogen.

BDV – drain tank. A tank, the dimensions of which are designed to expand and cool the steam generator purges. Convex vertical tank with support posts and connections, complies with directive PED 97/23/EEC, nominal pressure 8 bar, exterior painted carbon steel construction.

ADD is a feedwater treatment system for steam generators. An automatic system for treating water supplied to a steam generator, designed to prevent the formation of lime deposits and corrosion caused by dissolved gases. The treatment involves softening with ion exchange resins and chemical removal of oxygen by dosing a conditioning agent. All materials are non-toxic and suitable for contact with drinking water.

VEA is an expansion tank for superheated water. It is designed for volumetric absorption of the water contained in the device, for monitoring the water level and sealing it using compressed air or nitrogen.

COV is a distribution manifold. Distribution manifolds are used to distribute various liquids (water, diathermic oil, steam) in various applications.

VEX is a steam horizontal battery. The cylindrical horizontal steam accumulator is made in accordance with the PED 97/23/EC Directive and is equipped with fittings.

EVX is a steam generator. Horizontal cylindrical version made of high-quality steel Fe 410-1 KW with a large volume of water, with a removable coil type of U-shaped tube bundle made of stainless steel AISI 304, with ends connected to a tubular plate. The support saddles are made of sheet steel and the support base is made of profiles designed to support the group. Insulating coating made of high-density mineral wool with aluminum sheet lining.

Storage tank for diathermic oil. Cylindrical in shape, horizontal in design, has a double wall, must be buried in the ground, the tank is designed to collect oil from the installation and from the boiler. It is made of carbon steel, covered with resin on top, equipped with a bottom valve, an inspection hole and various connections for connection to the installation.

VRC is a condensate collection tank. A steam generator supply tank designed to collect and store condensate and supply treated water to the system.

DEG is an atmospheric deaerator. DEG series deaerators are atmospheric type deaerators for thermal deaeration of feed water for steam generators. Degassing occurs due to the controlled supply of steam inside the tank, which increases the temperature of the water inside the tank. The amount of steam supplied, related to the concentration of dissolved gases in the water, must be within the limits specified by the manufacturer of steam generators.
