DEG/P - thermophysical deaerator
Apparatus for thermophysical degassing of feed water of the steam generator.
VEO - thermal oil expansion tank
The expansion tank is designed to absorb changes in oil volume caused by temperature changes. It is a horizontal pressure vessel with nitrogen.
BDV - drain tank
The tank, the dimensions of which are designed to expand and cool the purges of the steam generator. Convex vertical tank with support posts and connections, complies with directive PED 97/23/EEC, nominal pressure 8 bar, construction of externally painted carbon steel.
ADD - feed water preparation system for steam generators
An automatic system for treating water supplied to a steam generator, designed to prevent the formation of lime deposits and corrosion caused by dissolved gases. The treatment involves softening with ion exchange resins and chemical removal of oxygen by dosing a conditioning agent. All materials are non-toxic and suitable for contact with drinking water.
VEA - expansion tank for superheated water
Designed for volumetric absorption of the water contained in the device, for monitoring the water level and sealing it with compressed air or nitrogen.
COV - distribution manifold
Distribution manifolds are used to distribute various liquids (water, diathermic oil, steam) in various applications.
VEX - steam horizontal battery
The cylindrical steam horizontal accumulator is made in accordance with the Directive PED 97/23/EC and is equipped with fittings.
EVX - steam generator
Horizontal cylindrical design made of high-quality Fe 410-1 KW steel with a large volume of water, with a removable coil of the U-shaped tube bundle type made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with ends connected to a tubular plate. Support saddles made of sheet steel and a support base made of profiles designed to support the group. High-density mineral wool insulation coating with aluminum sheet sheathing.
Diathermic Oil Storage Tank
Cylindrical shape, horizontal design, has a double wall, must be buried in the ground, the tank is designed to collect oil from the installation and from the boiler. It is made of carbon steel, coated with resin on top, equipped with a bottom valve, an inspection hole and various connections for connection to the installation.
VRC - condensate collection tank
A supply tank for a steam generator designed for collecting and storing condensate and supplying treated water to the system.
DEG - atmospheric deaerator
Deaerators of the DEG series are atmospheric type deaerators for thermal deaeration of feed water for steam generators. Degassing occurs due to the controlled supply of steam inside the tank, which increases the temperature of the water inside the tank. The amount of steam supplied associated with the concentration of dissolved gases in the water must be within the limits specified by the manufacturer of steam generators.
